 Thank you so much Ian means a lot. Just for the record this particular shot wasn't shot in a studio but in fact in a woodland area during a 10 mile race (crossing a river). Its also one of my first edits where I didn't use any layers but simply the original image in order to keep the quality up to a maximum.

 hens why I moved it to the trash. Any idea why all of my my photos that have been moved to the trash are still visible to the public Ian and how do I go about deleting them permanently.
